Disaster Recovery

What to do if you have lost or damaged your website/account.

If you have not performed a recent backup of your site through cPanel, you can restore it by using cPremote from your cPanel. cPremote stores incremental backups on our off-site backup server.

If you need to restore from a date further back than what is shown in cPremote, please submit a support ticket as we may have a monthly backup for your account.

Account restores will restore everything including emails, email accounts, databases, website files, forwarders, etc.

Your data is sent to or restored from our Off-Site server using encrypted transfer.
If you do not wish to have your site backed up, please submit a support ticket and we will disable this for your account.

Please submit a support ticket for more information.
